Essa exig\u00eancia, por sua vez, s\u00f3 passar\u00e1 a ser obrigat\u00f3ria ap\u00f3s atingir o patamar de 30% da reserva geral, conforme estabelece o par\u00e1grafo \u00fanico do art. 3\u00ba.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559739&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 aria-level=\"2\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Consequ\u00eancias do descumprimento da Lei 15.177\/2025<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;134245418&quot;:true,&quot;134245529&quot;:true,&quot;335559738&quot;:160,&quot;335559739&quot;:80}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Um dos aspectos mais relevantes da Lei 15.177\/2025 \u00e9 a previs\u00e3o de san\u00e7\u00e3o funcional e imediata para os conselhos que n\u00e3o cumprirem a reserva m\u00ednima de vagas para mulheres.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559739&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">O art. 5\u00ba da norma determina que <\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">&#8220;ser\u00e1 impedido de deliberar sobre qualquer mat\u00e9ria o conselho de administra\u00e7\u00e3o da sociedade empres\u00e1ria referida no inciso I do caput do art. 2\u00ba que, por qualquer raz\u00e3o, infringir o disposto nesta Lei.&#8221;<\/span><\/i><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559739&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Isso significa que o colegiado ficar\u00e1 paralisado at\u00e9 que sua composi\u00e7\u00e3o seja regularizada. ao n\u00famero de mulheres contratadas, por n\u00edvel hier\u00e1rquico;<\/span><span><br \/>\n<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">II &#8211; ao n\u00famero de mulheres em cargos de administra\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/span><span><br \/>\n<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">III &#8211;
